se que ha pasado bastante desde la última entrada, pero prometo que una vez que ya estemos en Dortmund escribiremos con más frecuencia. Hoy se lo dedicaremos a todo el papeleo que conlleva un Erasmus... estamos a dos semanas de estar en Alemania y todavía estamos con papeles... si si , lo que oyen. Nunca pensamos que irse de intercambio conllevara tanto papeleo.
Llevamos rellenando papeles desde el mes de Diciembre, primero teníamos que elegir destinos, 3 en orden de preferencia y luego esperar mil años hasta que alguien nos diera una respuesta. Resulta que ninguna de las dos habíamos pedido Alemania como primera opción, María había pedido Bélgica y yo (Rebeca) Finlandia. Nos planteamos ceder alguna de las dos para ir juntas, pero finalmente dijimos que deberíamos pedir el que cada una quisiera que al final eso iba a afectar en nuestro futuro, y aunque fuéramos a echarnos de menos, iríamos a visitarnos. En Abril, el destino quiso que nos fuéramos de Erasmus juntas, ya que ni Bélgica ni Finlandia tenían la opción de turismo, y nuestra siguiente opción era Alemania. Por lo que ambas aplicamos a la ISM de Dortmund.
Una vez habíamos sido "aceptadas" para aplicar a Alemania, tuvimos que rellenar una solicitud para la universidad de destino. Ya que por ahora solo teníamos aceptado el Erasmus por parte de la nuestra.Y otra vez a esperar...
Al final no tuvimos que esperar tanto, a finales de Abril recibimos la carta de aceptación de la universidad de Alemania. Después de recibirla estuvimos bastante tiempo de relax de papeleo, hasta que nos mandaron las asignaturas.
La convalidación de asignaturas es la peor pesadilla de cualquier estudiante, creanme, que nos planteamos hasta no irnos jajajaja. Creo que llegamos a crear 6 mallas de convalidaciones diferentes, volviendo loco a nuestro coordinador, pero al final conseguimos irnos un año y con 10 convalidadas que es mucho!!
A día de hoy, estamos con el "learning agreement", un papel en el que van todas estas asignaturas reflejadas y tiene que firmar todo kiski, que cuenta de 3 partes, una antes de irnos, otra al estar allí y otra al volver para que se nos reconozcan las asignaturas aquí.
Vaya que a 2 semanas de irnos, seguimos sin terminar de rellenar cosas.
Aaaah y se me olvidaba, JAJAJA aunque parezca mentira , nos queda un papel que rellenar que es en el que aceptamos la beca y la cantidad de dinero etc... Pues ese querido papel ni existe todavía ni sabemos el dinero que nos corresponde... jajaja así que el día que tengamos el dinero si eso les avisamos jijiji.

I know that it has been a long time since the last entry, but I promise that once we are in Dortmund we will write more frequently. Today we will dedicate it to all the paperwork involved in an Erasmus ... we are two weeks away from being in Germany and we are still filling paperwork ... yes, you heard it right. We never thought that going to an exchange involved so much paperwork.
We have been filling out papers since December, first we had to choose destinations, 3 in order of preference and then wait a thousand years until someone gave us an answer. It turns out that neither of us had asked for Germany as a first option, Maria had asked Belgium and I (Rebeca) Finland. We decided to give up one of the two to go together, but finally we said that we should choose the one that we really wanted and even if we were going to miss us, we would visit. In April, fate wanted us to go on Erasmus together, since neither Belgium nor Finland had the option of tourism, and our next option was Germany. So we both apply to the ISM of Dortmund.
Once we had been "accepted" to apply to Germany, we had to fill out an application for the destination university. Since for now we only had been accepted from our university. And then we have to wait again...
In the end we did not have to wait that long, at the end of April we received the letter of acceptance from the University of Germany. After receiving it we spent a lot of time relaxing, until they sent us the subjects.
The validation of subjects is the worst nightmare of any student, believe me, we consider not going hahahahaha. I think we came to create 6 different validation meshes, driving our coordinator crazy, but in the end we managed to go one year and with 10 validated, which is a lot!
Today, we are with the "learning agreement", a paper in which all these subjects are reflected and has to sign everyone, which has 3 parts, one before leaving, another to be filled there and another to do when we return so that we recognize the subjects here.
So there is just 2 weeks to go to Dortmund, and we still haven't finish filling paperwork.
Aaaah and I forgot, HAHAHA although it seems a lie, we have a paper to fill which is where we accept the scholarship and the amount of money etc ... Well, that dear paper does not exist nor do we know the money that corresponds to us .. hahaha on the day we receive the money we will let you know hihihi.
